Man I hope the Hornets win tonight!!!
I cant stand any of them EQUALLY!!! i agree on your takes on both Ginobili and Bowen tho.

Well, the NBA was the big winner in last night's Draft Lottery. Rose and Beasley will be going to the Eastern Conference to help them out a bit. They have a long ways to go to catch the West, but this was good for David Stern. Especially since Chicago and Miami already have star-power on their team and will add the two good players. Both should be in the playoffs next season...It would have been a nightmare for them two years in a row if Seattle/Oklahoma City and Minnesota would have got the top 2 picks...

oh, the Lakers, whom I hate, won tonight. This is the beginning to my set up of the Lakers vs the "greenest from the eastest". Celts in 6

What a comeback!!!!! The Lakers ripped the Spurs hearts out in this game!!!!! Down 20 halfway thru the 3rd quarter??? that is what playoff basketball is all about. and Kobe only has 2 points in the first 2 1/2 qtrs??? I thinkt he Spurs need to be renamed the San Antonio Popovich Floppers!!! I swear they practice flopping all year round!

Wow, tonight's game ending is exactly why I don't watch the NBA. I decide to see who is winning game 4 on TNT after giving my daughter a bath. I tune in just in time to see the Spurs get a chance to win/tie it with 2.1 seconds to play. After a great pump fake, Fisher HACKS (nearly tackles) Barry at the 3 pt line, and there is no call. Even the television guys wondered where the foul was.

Kobe: "no foul." Anyone in their right mind knows that was a foul. But just like the thousands of traveling calls that go un-enforced there was no whistle.

I have no words...

Simon, I agree 100% on that no call with u, i believe there should have been a call made. But.......................there should have been a lot of calls made throughout the game. Also, Ginobilis last three couldnt have been a 3 but they gave it to him and NEVER reviewed it!!!! Come on man! I agree that the NBA is getting really pathetic in their refereeing. I believe the Donaghy situation goes deeper than JUST him. By the way, why would u set up your last play of the game to a SPOT UP shooter who cant get off his own shot??? Even if the call would have gone the other way, im sure the other side(not including me) would have argued about a HOMER job. there was a lot going on in the last couple of minutes and alot of NO calls that SHOULD have been made.

Oh I agree, the Spurs had no business winning that game and got some calls earlier. I just hate the way the referees are selective on what they call, and when they call it. I wonder just what the story is with the referees in the NBA sometimes.

If you guys watched prior to Game 3 the other day, they were talking about the difference in calls from the 80s/90s and now. Players used to get murdered. Bowen talked about how he got a forearm shiver from Oak back in the day that almost knocked him out and there was no foul called. That being said, i love the fact that they let them play during the playoffs to an extent. There are times when they should call fouls and they dont, and there are times they anticipate the call and make it even tho it doesnt happen. Now lets look at another call that SHOULD NEVER have been called, the "goaltending" call on Odom agaisnt Parker! He clearly touched the ball BEFORE it hit the rim, if they would have let it play out, it wouldnt have come down to the last second play. I really think the referees wanted it to come down to a last second play. Also, the Lakers and Spurs both missed some critical shots in that game. I love it how they show all of the Spurs misses to get the lead back, but they dont even show the Lakers misses, LOL. Anyway, wouldnt you guys rather see Lakers/Celtics in the finals rather than Spurs/Pistons anyway no matter how much you dislike the teams, LOL Nobody will watch the Spurs/Pistons again, i know i couldnt stomach another 75-69 7 game series again, LOL

Kobe was right tho. That wasnt a foul when you consider everything that went on in the game, so how could you end the game on foul like tha? If Barry had gone up with the shot immediately after the contact, i think a foul is called. Sinc he hesitated and dribbled afterwards, then yes, no foul.
