Hank's video pick of the day
I had a hard time narrowing down my post of 25 favorite 'metal' songs. I will try to post a new video daily of a song I really enjoy or a song that will get a conversation started. I hope to hear some feedback.
My first song may suprise some. This is my favorite song of all time. This is also a great live version.

Hank, this is a message from my old man, tony nordin.
"Very nice Hank. Do you have any live Steely-Dan concert dvd's? If so, which do you like the best. Thanks from old man Nordin."
we both, although you don't need accollaids from us, you know your level of music knowledge, think you are a bonifide music guru. I was wondering if when you are not posting your educational music project (EMP) could I post some vid's?

I don't have any SD concert dvd's. If I did, I probably wouldn't leave the house! I haven't ever seen one to buy. They are unbelievable. I would love for you to post vids too Mike. Just remember no German porno.Mike Nordin wrote:Hank, this is a message from my old man, tony nordin.

This next video just missed my top picks. Giving it yet another listen, I can't believe it did not make the cut. Great soundtrack. HORRIBLE movie. Anytime Skippy from Family Ties is your lead in a movie, odds are you are in trouble. At least Ozzy and Gene were in it. Without further ado...

I love the cult and danzig is bad ash! I'd make fun of his haircut but I know better, the guy would eat your heart with his capt. crunch.

Good call on Danzig and The Cult Mikey. They both get a lot of play in my house. Danzig's first album is great. Start to finish.
With Memorial Day weekend upon us, I was thinking what song would sum it up best for me. I didn't have to think long.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I sure did. My liver might disagree.
Here is a song by one of my favorite bands of the late 80's - early 90's. If you are a fan of this kind of music, you should go download this record.

funny you two mentioning the liver damage, I too partook in some beverage consumption. Hey Hank, I love the vid, I've decided you and I should pitch a show on vh1 or mtv. Here is one of my favorite bands that are not known to very many. They hail from, ya you thunk it, Scandinavia...

Mike, funny you post DaD. I was just listening to them Monday. Good stuff.
I might suprise some people here again. This time with a song that is NOT 20 years old. It was a mild hit I think. I absolutely love these guys. They are like a cross between AC/DC and Queen. A lot of tongue-in-cheek lyrics that crack me up. This video rules too.

Nice job Mike. Thunder. Very nice. Eyes. 2 words...Jeff Scott Soto. One of the best singers everyone has heard but wouldn't ever notice him walk down the street. He has a new gig. I don't remember right now. A bunch of stallions from the old days though. I will remember or look it up and post a vid. Bonham- "The Disregard of Timekeeping" was like the 3rd CD I ever bought. It came out when I got my first CD player. Sounds exactly like Led Zepplin with an 80's twist. I saw Slaughter in concert once. That is all I have to say about that. Their first incarnation was better in my opinion. Vinnie Vincent Invasion

OH I got one
TWISTED SISTER-I Wanna Rock. Great Intro. "What do you wanna do with your life?" They wont let me upload video in Pogotory. The man has his thumb on me!
