Nice Sabbath. I like it. I also wonder, is Asphalt Ballet any relation to these guys? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYb83KM4at4Hank Rauenhorst wrote:I am willing to bet that not many of you have heard this one. A good band. It has a good beat and I can dance to it!

Nice call JJ. I have never heard a bad song from Izzy. Guns or solo, he is a bluesy, rockin' dude. We all need more Izzy in our lives.
When I played your video Sab, I couldn't help myself. I jumped up and danced around my house like Buffalo Bill in 'Silence of the Lambs'. You should have seen it.

Since I have slacked a bit here lately. Here is another one. Sabbath, you will love it.
These guys were ahead of their time. I just wish I was ahead of my time as well and listened to them back in the day. I have just gotten to listen to them about 5 years ago. They were a bit ska before it became cool after No Doubt broke. They remind me of a band from NIC back in the day..Black Happy. If any of you listened to them you know what I mean.

Hear is a cover of an all time classic. Nobody can top Ronnie James Dio. Nobody. But this cover is darn close. This may be a bit heavy for some of you straphangers. I know JJ will like it. That is enough for me.

A great Seattle band that wasn't quite as popular as Nirvana, Soundgarden, AIC or Pearl Jam. They still had some really great tunes. I think they hold up well.

Hey I'm going to throw something out here that only a few are going to appreciate, so don't watch or listen if you don't like something different.
Some say a Jazz/Rock fusion is impossible,....Here's a band my dad turned me onto when I was a young pup walking the halls of K-log along with INXS and Pink Floyd.

Mike Dye's recent Crue Fest Concert inspired me to post some of my favorite Crue songs. Not the ones you hear on the radio everyday, but some of my favorites Old & New:
Rodeo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PntIAwAe20M
Sixx am - Life is Beautiful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJDDxHIaaVk
On With The Show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CI1OtYZ4Skc
Saints Of Los Angeles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sWpS8iSDIY
Vince Neil - You're Invited But Your Friend Can't Come: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qBg1cWpaEE
Slice of Your Pie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otdM3PUD2tA
Could have picked a fav off of every release, but that list would have been too long!!

Mike, thanks for the Supertramp. Haven't listened to them in a looooong time.
JJ, another bullseye with Prong. That song always gets me amped.
Gentry, good picks. I really like the new Crue disk. That song is a good one.
I will tell you right upfront, this tune is not as good as those others. I just like it and it has been a long time since I have heard it.
