It's that time of year again good people. I have started a league in yahoo - the league ID is 2658 - you can go through yahoo or I can send you an invite if you'd like to join. The league password is wildcats.

we can decide a draft strategy as a group once the league is filled.

Well Roops, one of us will win 1st place this year. We both have got 2nd and 3rd the past two seasons so one of us has to get first this year. History proves it:

Fish:

2006 - 3rd Place
2007 - 2nd Place
2008 - 1st Place?

You'll be good Nords. Hopefully you can get a get a good team from the draft and anyone has a shot if their team isn't crippled with a lot of injuries...

I set up a 12 person league, allthough I didn't figure we'd have 12 takers amongst us here. The plan is to get all those who frequent khsgrads that would like to play then i'll open up the league to the public to finalize it. I do have two co-workers who plan on signing up so we'll just need six more.
Mike - it seems your dad is going to get the best of me in baseball so is he gonna give me a chance to redeem myself in basketball?

No, I couldn't even get him to do football. He just likes baseball alot. He doesn't think by the end of the week that he will beat you, but I keep telling him to hang in there. I had to talk him into this and now he loves it! He's been a junkie all season. In between ultrasounds at the hospital he checked scores and adjusted his team. Simon knows how my dad is. Anyway, I might be able to drum up someone or two, when is the deadline?

Okay, I cut the league from 12 to 10 and set trade approvals to a league vote instead of commish approval. I'm going to try to get 4 more people to join but if I can't then i'll just open up the league to the public so we can hopefuly get a draft done this weekend.
